2) This competition is open to international participants. If you have a postal service (So we can send you your prize), then you can enter this competition.
3) Entries MUST be created to a print-ready resolution. This means the final artwork must be 300 DPI or higher.
4) All entries MUST be received by no later than 1st January, 2013. The winners will be announced in the final week of January 2013.
5) A person or team may submit multiple entires.
6) All artwork submitted to the competition may be used or sold by Winter City Productions in any future print work, digital work, promotion or marketing campaign.
7) People who submit entries have no current or future claim to any royalties, commissions or other financial compensation from Winter City Productions.
8) Anyone who places an entry in this competition is permitted to promote their entry as part of their digital or print portfolio, this includes blogs, websites and social media. Entrants are also permitted to sell their entry as a print or poster.

Winter City Issue 4 Available Now

It's been a long time since I updated this page. Winter City wouldn't exist without Deviant Art and its amazing community. I REALLY need to bump it up the priority list.... Starting now!
So much has been happening in Winter City land since the start of 2012. We've got our books in stores, online, on iPad and Android tablets. we've had in store signing days, features in news papers, youtube interviews... Man, what an awesome year! Best of all has been the amazing fan feedback we've received. There is no greater feeling than having one's creation enjoyed and praised by so many people around the world.
It's still very early days for Winter City. We're only up to Issue 4 of 12 so there is a huge amount of room to improve our craft, earn the respect of more fans and show all the critics around the world that Winter City is really worth talking about.

Another murder, this time rich playboy Franklin Skyles, again witnesses claim to have seen the Grim Reaper. Detectives Daniels and Harvey suspect a serial killer. The trail leads the Detectives to Edward Smittz, founder and chairman of Smittzen Holdings.
